Shipment

Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it immediately. Each item requires some time to construct and cure before it is shipped.

• Most orders ship within 1-7 days.
• During the 4th quarter and peak season, processing may take up to 7-14 days.
• Multiple products may be delivered in different packaging and at different times.

Delivery

• Germany: 5-15 working days (up to 30 working days due to customs clearance)
• International: 8-20 working days

Order fulfillment

We ship daily Monday through Saturday. Occasionally orders may not ship immediately due to stock issues or missing order information.

Note: Order changes in size, color and address can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. No order cancellation. All orders are final.

Insurance of delivery

We are committed to reshipping your order free of charge in the event of a lost or non-received package. This is a rare occurrence, but it ensures that all your purchases are insured and covered.

Deliverer and supplier

We hand over all orders to so-called "First Mile Carriers": 4PX, YANWEN-Special-Line, YUN-Express-Special Line and ePacket. These transport your order to your country, where the package is handed over to the "End Mile Carrier". You can select your desired "End Mile Carrier": DHL and Hermes.

Difference between shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are often confusing because both terms are used differently.

Main difference:

• Shipment: The day the shipment leaves the supplier’s warehouse.
• Delivery: The day on which the package arrives at the customer.
